PA Retreat

Pittsburgh Retreat - June 21-23, 2024

St Thomas More House of Prayer, Cranberry, PA

Paul Rose of Sing the Hours invites you to a weekend retreat for an intensive round of Liturgy of the Hours workshops and offices at St. Thomas More House of Prayer, a retreat house that has been dedicated to praying the Liturgy of the Hours for over 20 years.

Come learn how the Liturgy of the Hours works, why and how you (and every Catholic) should be chanting it, and gain experience praying with Paul and other faithful across every office for a whole weekend. An excellent retreat for beginners and chant-veterans alike.

Boston retreat

Boston Retreat - weekend of July 26-28, 2024

Hosted at St Paul Parish, Cambridge, MA

Join us in Cambridge, MA, for either a weekend-long or a one-day retreat, led by Paul Rose, Nina Rose, Fr. Nathaniel Sanders, and the Sing the Hours team.
The retreat will offer instruction in navigating the Liturgy of the Hours, lessons in chanting and basic music notation, and lectures on theology, the Liturgy of the Hours, and prayer. Throughout the weekend you will join other faithful in singing every office at its appointed hours, and will have the opportunity to join for daily mass and a holy hour.
The last day of the retreat will have a special focus on bringing the Liturgy of the Hours to your family, parish, or community, keeping in mind practical tools for priests, seminarians, music and faith formation directors.

An excellent retreat for beginners and chant-veterans alike.
